You can't have both scroll individually. If you want to have them scroll in one box, refer to this tutorial and read the bottom of the section called "Importing and Displaying the Comments".

how can i have just the comments scroll?

is it possible to do it the other way around? hiding comments? or maybe placing the comments somewhere else?
