Moving Band Player... HELP Options

Okay, so I have a div overlay layout and I'm trying to move the band player and keep it over everything else on the page. When I try to do it, it shows up for maybe half a second and disappears.

ive put an imeem player in the place of it to show you where id like it to be

okay so it works in FF but completely jacks the page up in IE..

back down from the competition. Champ is recently working for radio

have more music coming out regularly and put in countless hours to
