The movie has a right to be shown because we have something called "Freedom of Speech" in this country (USA). The film is about 75% accurate, but overall it's a great film.

BTW: It's spelled Fahrenheit 9/11 happy.gif

Sure, it has a right to be shown and people have a right to watch it as they pleased. People also have a right to make their opinions be known.

HOWEVER, the accuracy of the "documentary" is in question. Why would sensible, intelligent person base their opinions on unsure, not proven 'facts', if I can still call them that? I guess, I'm just hoping that people will research before making up their minds.

But anyway, please read "Fifty-nine Deceits in Fahrenheit 9/11".

I thought it was wrong. I mean, seriously. I thought the overall concept of it was very rude, especially to our president. There is somthing called freedom of speech, yet, it's there to a certain extent. I didn't think that the movie should have been shown in theatres. Maybe on tape or DVD, but not theatres.

A theater should be allowed to show hardcore porn if it wants. It's called private property rights -- somethign republicans are supposed to defend.

i dont think the movie itself was right...or truthful (it DID give out facts...but i felt that it was pointed out in prejudically)

but....i gotta give the movie props for bein directed n shown rather nicely...definitely changed lots of people's mind on what they originally thought bout bush.

There are tons of other movies that have been out that isn't "right" or "truthful."

I think the point is to take it seriously. You honestly think that death to millions of innocent people done by the hands of our innocent soldiers is funny? There are a few cheap laughs when it comes to bush, rice, powel, and ashcroft but that's about all.

Agreed. The movie is 75% ture. I'm not telling you to like it or not like it, y'all just have to base your own opinions on it; but something that I will tell you is that it wasn't funny seeing people die. Most of you are morbid souls.

It has the right to be shown because of the constitutions... Freedom of Speech. W00t!

I still haven't watched Farenheit 9/11, but impressive how the movie affected the whole nation. (basically)
