The envelope is boring as hell, what are they gonna mail? They can make a mailer with one side having an address it would add more interest than what you have there.

The logo has a lot of different colors, you have to remember that before that's printed, either with cmyk, or pantone, it's going to be pretty costly, as opposed to something with 2 pantone colors.

The business card should not be centered like that, because the logo is asymmetrical, it doesn't flow well.

The font you chose has long ligatures for the e especially. I think you should trim those down, or completely off.

Your logo looks like a peppermint with a chef's hat. I think you left to much space on your banner, it's unnecessary.
