I heard this was scary as f*ck. People in the screening had to get up and leave. I sort of want to see it. laugh.gif

Yeah, I'm hyped for it too. I haven't seen a scary movie in a while, and I sorta dig the ones that involve ghosts, demons, etc. like that. tongue.gif

it may not hit theaters, & it probably shouldn't. most of the "hype" concerning this movie is entirely invented by the studio. but, i did go to a screening in chicago & i did see a few satisfied people. however, ultimately, i don't feel my theater (700+ people) was particularly impressed. the film moved from some very creepy & interesting staging or ideas, but ultimately fails in its execution: the acting is poor, the pacing is horrible, the film lends itself to corniness & absurdity. nonetheless, it's not that scary @ all.

if you want to support a feature murdered by the studio... go buy trick r treat on dvd or bluray, it's far more entertaining & even, in some ways, "scarier."

Haha, yeah. I was scared just because my guy friends were creeping me out. I laughed a lot throughout the movie. It was predictable and it was only good towards the end. Everyone in the theater was around my age and most of them were satisfied.. ermm.gif

LOL my friend and I thought her leg was gonna get chopped off when she started to get dragged off the bed. Who else thought that too? XD.gif

My friends went to the midnight showing of it and said it was not scary at all and a total waste of time. I don't think I'm going to go see it.

i aint gonna lie.. i went to see it in the theater last friday, it really was a disappoinment. It wasnt scary at all... just some things moving around and jumping out... other than that it kinda sucked. It was a good movie for a $7000 budget, believe me i give them props for that. i just dont believe it was voted scariest movie.

The movie was not worth it, I think I was over analyzing due to the hype everyone built up. I never found any part of the movie to be scary, just a little bizarre.

I was scared, but that's partly due to the fact that the other people made me nervous, and I'm a bit overdramatic.
