You don't need those properties to make text wrap around an image, mate. Just remove them. Also, you might have used a bit too many <br /> tags between the header and the text and it's making them go down before they can even wrap around it.

Like Mike said, hspace and vspace aren't for floating text. That's what the "align" in your image tag is doing. Hspace and vspace are just margins. If they're not working the way you want, use style="margin:3px;"
