so i found this layout.

and i like it. alot. how's the player is in it. then the about me.
then the rest of it. i was looking at it. then i click view image.
and theres like 5 diffrent images on it. i thought there was only 2.
the back ground and then the middle image. then the style sheet was set to scroll.
but i guess its not. so how can i make my layout like that??

If you know enough HTML/CSS, you should be able to replicate that layout with ease. It just has to do with positioning different elements. Design your template, figure out where things should go. Put it up once it's done then start organizing your content. Follow this tutorial to build a DIV layout on a music page and see what you come up with.

1. the size for the banner/div of the layout?

That's on you. You decide whatever size you want them to be.

Alright,
i have alot of brushes in my photoshop. and when
i go and change the brushes, it takes forever..sometimes
to see the brushes, anyway i can change this?
also if i incress how much MB photoshop using on my computer,
will that help too?

Another thing that slows photoshop down is fonts.
Never download sets of 1000. ;)
I learnt the hard way.
