Suppose I want an image..to like..change to blue or something..like..in (2)nekked's skin of keira knightley..keira knightley is blue..how do I change the color of the image to what I want?

either go to image>adjustments>variations..
or make a new layer of the image and right click>blending options>color overlay the variations one looks better |
