I like the colors and setup, but I feel like the image is missing something I can't quite place. I think you could use a cleaner-looking font for the both the navigation and blurb area.
Overall, not a bad layout. |

Choose a cleaner looking font. Also, just pointing out, there's a typo - "CONMMENT" should be "COMMENT". Other than that, it looks pretty good.

The only thing is that it dosent feel like it is a personal layout because the image is so cliche. What I mean is that, ice is just to general for a personal layout. Add some personality to it :]
