She does look a little bit chubby. x]
Chibis usually have tiny bodies and HUGE heads. Some of course, make chibis squared but personally, I've never been able to draw it that way.

The head is really cute, but I'm not too crazy about the body. I don't know if it's the wideness that bothers me, though. I think it's the boobs. They just make it seem like she should walk like a pregnant woman.
