Just picked up a Phenom II 545, 790FX, 4 Gb DDR2 1066, a 4850, an LG dvd burner, and a 460 watt Cooler Master PSU. All for a friend's build.
I wish I had the money to build another computer right now. After I'm done with this current website that I'm working on, I'll be buying me some leet shit. |

What kind of monitor are you hooking the card up too. I have had trouble while connecting new cards to my Samsung HDTV before the drivers where installed. My computer would repeatedly blue screen while attempting load the XP default driver. Try a standard vga monitor before upgrading your mobo. As long as you have a PCIe x16 interface and enough juice from your PSU you should be able to use that card. Even if you're running off a v1.0 PCIe x16 interface. |

I like my BOSE over the ear headphones. They're great for blocking out noise and peacfully listening to high quality music. One other factor I considered was that these headphones were extremely comfortable. I wear them for 4-8 hours at a time. I actually looked at Shure (which does make some fine products) and Sennheiser (which I'm not as familiar with), but neither of them stood up to the comfort\sound quality offered by the bose headphones I purchased. I purchased my BOSE over the ear head phones for $100.00 at BJ's. They have them on sale at the moment. I only use headphones while playing games or at work listening to music while programming. Never use them on the street... I hate hate hate ear buds... they hurt my ears.
