A few things you need to know! Really, you cant install any extra programs on this unless it is very light. It does NOT have windows! It has LINUX! And the processor isn't great compared to other net books. And this is NOT considered a laptop or a computer. It's more like a internet browser and email checker. The hard drive is tiny.

But besides all that... if you want a netbook I would go for this one.

Maybe not. It has linux so you won't have to run disk cleanup or defragment it. It will probably stay the seem speed from when you get it till it breaks. I think you should do it.

My computer only has 700mb ram. Less then that netbook and it runs fine. Dont use me as an example though cause I have modded it extensively.

No.

It's not about screen size, it's about performance. If you want a netbook, don't get anything less than an Intel Atom unless you're paying like $120.
fyi that's less than an intel atom

But let me exaggerate again. This isnt a laptop. it is a netbook. You will not be able to play any games. And if you are not very computer smart this may not be for you. could we instead help you look for a laptop? Netbooks half less then half the laptops.

For the most part, Linux is my primary OS (but lately I've been using XP a lot). I prefer Linux, but most people would prefer Windows.

Don't expect it to play Call of Duty 4 or run Photoshop. These netbooks are made for word-processing and internet use.
