my problem is my top banner is not showing up on the page.
D:
I even changed the size.

Topics merged & moved to MySpace Support. Next time, post help topics in the correct place. To make the banner show, just use this:

Then position it around because it's out of place. As for the comments, how do you want them? To the right or to span out in the middle?

Add this code in between your <style> tags:

.friendsComments {position:relative; margin-left:320px!important;}

That should move it below the Friends table.
