To bring the left and right columns down, use this code:

CODE
<style>
.profileInfo, .extendedNetwork {margin-top:50px!important;}
</style>

Replace 50px according to how far down you want them to go. As for the navigation bar, I couldn't find a working solution. I was only able to push the text links down; the backgrounds don't follow. Would that be fine?

Right, try this code:

CODE
<style>
.clearfix a {margin-top:50px!important;}
</style>

Again, replace 50px with an appropriate value. Hope that's to your liking.
