SCROLLBAR MENACE!!!, useless scrollbar Options

Ok I hab a useless Scrollbar right smack in da middle of the page for no reason tormenting and annoying visitors. I edited the code a bit and I think that's the problem. Please help me before more visitors come. I tried so hard trying to fix it but it just made my head spin . It's here Plz help!! It would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

i no exactly y this is happening its because of your skin its image map is more than one image so it must be that the top image is bigger than the bottom 1 so it puts in a scrollbar to make the whole image viewable if you remove the skin it will probbably work

Well... If I remove the skin thanthe whole layout becomes messed and I wanna keep the skin. . Any other way? Cuz it worked before.
