As you browse it erases all history, cookies cache and sessions so it leaves no trace of where you went or what you did. I doubt it is available on the itouch though. if there is an options for the internet see if there is an option to turn on private browsing.

In mozilla firefox go to options, then click start private browsing. In safari its the same thing. And when you close the browser it deletes everything. So make sure you close it when you are done. And in google chrome go to options, then new incognito browser.
