I don't think its bad, but its plain, very plain.
And the red bar should go completely across the cover, i noticed it stopped near the top right. |

Yeah it looks too plain; too much negative space. I'm not sure if adding a texture would look good since you already have a brush there and it may look too busy but go ahead and try it out.

Also, the RAP title look pretty choppy. Smooth that out some.

It looks like around the black logo that says rap and stuff there is like a half pixel white border. Try making it a selecting it, enlarging it half a pixel and filling it in again.
