I'm so confused. I don't know much about HTML, and everyone I've tallked to acts like it's something extremely simple to do, but I still don't get it. Can someone explain it to me, or message me about it, or just do it for me?

just put the codes that are given to you on the sections that they're supposed to go

You could also try what I did by making a DIV Layout off a generator and just studying how it all works.
