you tube is good
but you can try it on google if not yet just you have to type flash tutorial and you will get many if know the effect find that i personaly like ripple and star effect good one i learnt both effect from there only |

yeah for flash tutorials you tube is best n if you want name of the flash effect it is easy to find it on google
just type and you will get results |

Yeah, you can use youtube and another site I like for flash stuff is Flash Tuts+.
