Hey x
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this image: http://file049a.bebo.com/13/original/2009/...0858251559o.gif as in how she done the textures,shapes and things like that..I'm not too sure what she done and how if she blended but it would be great if you could give me step by step and maybe a link to a tut! x x x |

It's horrible.
So just don't do it. It is just a bunch of everything mixed, until it looks worse than the original. |

That is pretty hideous.
I would say that whoever made that blended a bunch of pictures of Miley together and then over-saturated them and added a whole bunch of textures sharpened to the extreme.
