Where did you upload it? That tutorial did say that not all places accept the cursor format.

i fot it to work now ,looks like i didnt put it in the body and i skipped a few steps(accidentaly)hehehehehe,sorry for the trouble,but look,you know how to make a cursor with the tutorial now.
