there is no way to just have a transparent scrollbar in xanga as of right now, unless you lower the opacity of your whole page or of the div box.. and that doesnt look that nice sometimes ( at least to me ). the reason of this is because transparent scrollbars can only be used if you are using iframes .. and that's way beyond how xanga makes their pages/blogs. =D hope that helped you..
