owls ftw. i agree about the eyes. i would do something different with them. not sure what though. and the wings should be more to the sides.
adding: round the top corners of the beak. |

You should add just a little more detail. Lines in between the toes, nose holes ect.
It's reallly cute. I love owls. |

You could try adding a vector mask and apply a gaussian blur. Then mess with the levels of the image (Edit>Adjustments>Levels), sharpen it, and sharpen the edges a bit too and that should probally do it. You could also try googling for smoothing tutorials.

I think his beak looks better now. That was really the only thing that was bothering me. Besides a few little edges here and there, I think (s)he's adorable!

I think it look a lot better. The edges aren't choppy and I like that you added more details to it. Very cute.
