Ive been trying to remember the name of this plant for the past hour, haha. Its a very common outdoor plant, its not even a plant. Its more of a weed. It has a yellow, grain looking end and it slides out of the base and you can bite the end to look cool. Its that plant that huck finn types bite on while wearing straw hats while fishing. Come on people, I need your help here.

no, not that one. but thanks for trying. Think back on pictures of boys fishing from the south wearing straw hats that cover their eyes. Theyre relaxing in the sun by the pond with a pole and line in the water and no shoes on. Its the perfect picture of american relaxation but those kids always have something in their mouth. Its a long weed or something that only grows in the summer. You pull it out of the base of the plant and the end is clean enough to bite on.

nope, not that one. Thanks though.

Alright, its a very long, thin plant that you chew the end of in the summertime and it has a yellow end that looks close to grain but isnt. Theyre everywhere but usually can be found by a ponds edge.
