Okay...here's the problem. My ex boyfriend and I broke up about 2 months ago, in fact, he really broke up with me. I started dating someone else, and then he started calling me all the time. I told him how much it bugs me, but he says "You're just on your period" !!

He's left 20 messages on my cell in the past 4 days saying he's coming over, or he's going to kick my new boyfriend's ass. When the phone rings, I have to pick it up and wait for someone on the other end to say hello before I do to make sure it isn't him. He learned I was doing this and then calls and sort of breathes on the phone like some stupid teen flick.

I'm thinking about calling the cops or looking into a restraining order, cuz I shouldn't have to screen my calls or be afraid to check my messages.

Thanx for the advice.

wow that's kinda weird and scary. i mean...it's not your fault that he broke up with you! have you told your new boyfriend about it? maybe you should tell your ex that you don't want those phonecalls and tell him to stop being a retard. you're right, you shouldn't have to screen your calls to see if it's your ex or not, but don't you think filing a restraining order is just going a bit far? maybe you want to talk to him first. if you can.

wow, thats realy weird and freaky. maybe you should talk to him about this or something even if he says that your only being like that cuz of your period or whatever. you should also talk to your boyfriend and probably set things straight there too. probably getting help is a good choice before calling cops or anything too extreme

oo stalkers... very scary!!!! yess you should tell some1 you trust!!!! like your parents or a big bro/sis!!!! and then maybe they can handle it from there... stay away from him, and also did you tell your bf about him? cuz he's probaley the target... both you and your bf should stay away from him and his friends... cuz ya never know wut could happen!

He doesn't sound like too serious of a stalker.. My ex says he's going to kill my bf. I'm not too worried though. He doesnt even know who my bf is _dry.gif

Why screen your calls? Just say 'hello?' and if it's him, hang up. He might get the point then. If not, threaten him. If that doesn't work, beat the crud outta him. If that doesnt work.. yeh, call the cops.

okay I had a x that did the same thing, and it only gets worse...stop it now. and talking doesnt really help it. Not too much can help it. Because if hes determined enough he might keep at it (like mine). Talk to your parents about it, I know it sounds stupid, but seriously they can help you get help. Get the police involved if need be.

i agree with fullmusicdmajor. of course, you should tell people about it (like your parents and closest friends) and call the cops if necessary. make sure this situation doesn't get worse. it's already sounding pretty creepy. =\

jus call tha cops its not that hard, tha operators should b nice ppl flowers.gif or make ur bf call tha cops
