It's because you have this at the very bottom of your codes:

MySpace has disabled open table tags so if you use that, closing table tags are automatically added at the end so it ends up not working. If you're persistent on having your comments showing, just use the comments class to position it. The only downside to the new way of working with that table is, it cannot scroll. (There's a hack for you to be able to do it in FireFox but I'm sure you wouldn't want it to just work on there.) Try something like this:
