Anyone like him?

I'm still slightly unnerved that this is Aubrey Graham, of Degrassi fame, but his mixtape isn't that bad. It's actually pretty good, the best I've heard since Wale's Mixtape About Nothing. I'm still not thoroughly convinced as his lyrical content hasn't matured yet, but it's worth a few listens. i adore him. i love his voice and Thrill Is Gone is one of my favorite songs 'cause i can relate. infact, i just listened to it today. i haven't heard much from his Comeback Season mixtape. i want to though. i liked Teach U a Lesson. it was sexy. his tracks are so hot.

I always laugh when I think of him being on Degrassi but he has really nice songs. Best I Ever Had = throb.gif x89328532 !

His voice sounds like him but then it doesn't. Either way I love "Best I Ever Had"

Haha, I used to have a crush on him when he was on Degrassi too. ph34r.gif I think he's alright. Best I Ever Had is hella catchy though. My friend says he sounds like some other guy but I forgot who it was; gotta go ask her so I can make my comparison.

The thing is, Young Money has had talent on their roster. The talent just never delivered. Curren$y is nice as hell (and was a polar opposite of Weezy in style and substance), but he blew his advance, lost focus, tried side projects and eventually got booted from the click.

I think Drake will be fine. He'll have a little bit of freedom if he does get signed to Young Money.

Then again, I haven't heard any confirmation on his status with them. The last I heard, there was a huge major label bidding war fighting over who was going to get him (with Universal and Interscope leading the pack).

i don't like it either. i hope it doesn't completely change his style. he's talented and he wants to work with Wayne for the rest of his career?? i think that move is gonna bring him down.

My little cousin (18 y/o) had me listen to some of his tracks.. The guy's vocab sucks. But I suppose if you find just 1 song from lil wayne good you'll think a dog singing is good. He's a horrible artist with no originality. And apparently his mentor is, "lil wayne'


This is my opinion and it's greater than all of you combined.



R&B and whatever you guys call that other genre is dead. Nothin but repeats.. it's like watching Saw 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
