Help creating a skin for my page

i am trying to put a skin i created on my page for xanga. I am a non-premium member and i can't get the page to change here's the code:

Uhm.. that's not exactly a xanga skin format thing. It doesn't have any CSS in it.. Looks like you just got it from your source or something..

Do you have a link to your xanga? Or maybe to your page so we could see what it looks like?

U have to put this in ur custom header......play around with the colors and such and see what u get......

one more question
how do you put the posts in an iframe?
