top image shift problem Options

hey guys, i recently finished a myspace and i checked it out in all major browsers (IE, FF, Safari) and it was fine. a day later the client emails me saying that the top image was offcentered and i can't figure out why it would do that.

it looks fine in safari and weird in IE and FF.

i'll post the code and maybe someone can find out if there's something unnecessary in there.
