I remember saying "chester drawers" for a long time. I always thought that it was the correct term. I honestly thought that the "h" was silent in "herb".

Just a fun little read, if you're bored. :)

When I was little, I thought only old people could get Alzheimer's because of the 'name' and thought that whoever came up with the name was very disrespectful. And I always pronounce "Heimlich" incorrectly LOL.

This one girl wrote "irre-f*cking-gardless" on a Xanga entry once and I laughed for the longest time. But man, did you know "irregardless" is actually included in some dictionaries? It's pretty ridiculous.

Other words I've mispronounced: jewelry, Ku Klux Klan, mischievous, pronunciation (Gigi's actually lectured me on this one before),... just to name a few. Damn, so many.

When I was younger I always had a problem with cactus and casket. I'd often use the two interchangeably. Say "cactus, casket" five times fast.

"gargling raccoon piss for 30 seconds while it drips slowly down your chin and you cant help but lick at its salty wetness while tears form in your eyes. The warm muggy fluid slowly trickles down your throat and you gag slightly and then gag again, each time getting more and more intense until finally you let it all go but not before a mouthful of salty muggy raccoon piss slides down your throat." I've found that this phrase is usually mispronounced.

Don't forget Hugh and Huge, Joanne! XD

But yeah a lot of people say "proNOUNciation" and I'm just like...yeah that's ironic lol. I think I'm only anal about that because it helps me to remember how to spell it correctly.

I pretty much say all of these words correctly. I think it's because I live in Canada. A lot of these words I don't really use but I'm sure I would have pronounced them incorrectly. But who really says "spit and image" over "spitting image"? Come on.
