Quick question about advertisment. Options

The advertisment is hidden however, isn't that illegal?

Umm, I wanted to use that layout above, but the advertisment is hidden and sometimes when I refresh it appears in front of the about me div box.

Doesn't works... The advertisment covers the about me box, I tried to put top:-30px; and such to move it above the layout, but it's still there.

technically for you to get deleted, yea you have to remove the ad, thats square one.
But for myspace to delete you will take a long time because they(the Mods) dont go through every profile and delete the people that are voiding the terms..
