It's kind of hard to see when it's flipped like that but it's pretty much three images put together with a bit of blending, some text with a texture and stroke on it, and then rotated. The font for the text is Birth Of A Hero.

Yeah they just blended the images, added some orbs, & added some text. Let us know if you don't know what we're talking about lol.

What do you mean?
Does it not look like a smooth transition? From what I can see in that picture, the blending is pretty easy and you don't really need to do much to make it look smooth. If you're blending a picture without tons of the same background, it's much harder.
