moving down content in layout Options

hey everyone!

i've been slowly tweaking my myspace profile for a couple of months now. i have it where the bottom limit is set (you can't scroll down; there's no content needed for a scroll bar), there are no comments, friends, etc. here's a screenshot:

Anyways, I would like to move the entire content (meaning pic w/ description, my little links, and that pudding cup picture) DOWN to the CENTER of the window, i don't know, it's sort of hard to explain. i feel like collapsing the bottom height might move the whole thing center, but i only want the content center. the live address of this site is http://www.myspace.com/halicohen

i can get a screenshot of the code, if you need. i just would really appreciate the help!
