So a friend of mine that i've known for 4 years, who also happens to be one of my good friend's sister.
is in the process of possibly getting signed by badboy records. how? well here's the story bitches! the girl's name is Imaj and she always was a good singer, like pretty damn good. So, for the longest time since ive met their family, they've been trying so hard to get into the biz. so many people they've met, that gave empty promises, so many things lined up that suddenly went away. pretty much the usual stuff right? and believe me, even i thought they were putting the priority of "reaching for the skies" too much ahead of other responsibilities, but hey wat duz diz niga know? so this like, lasted for years. lol but one day imaj decided to make a youtube channel. with her singing. and soon enough some guy named London saw it, contacted her and wanted her to meet up with this girl  jordan mccoy sooo.....they went over to her [apparently big muthaf*ckin] house, and talked to her...and turns out shes signed with badboy. as what? turns out shes the first member signed to a group diddy is planning on bringing back called "dream". remember them? no? yes? i dunno lol http://www.badboyonline.com/artist.php?artId=965415 okay let me fast foward to the good stuff.... after a few youtube videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8bPUSt8KBE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlLCRrLZ2yc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toF8wfwehyk...re=channel_page http://www.youtube.com/user/OFFICIALDREAMTV and myspace overhauls and wikipedia updates later http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dream_(band) jordan and her peoples, and their peoples peoples, decided they want imaj to be the newest member of the group  whoa holy shit right? her views on her new myspace page went from 5000 to 500,000 in 2 nights. now they're at: 1369215 shes currently recording the songs with them as we speak. lol pretty cool huh? theres obviouly more info but i'll post it later, im getting tired of typing lol. |
