edit your comment template, make sure you have the header and footer in your comments template file and make you might want to edit the textarea with some css, its huge :]
I think your missing the second half of your layout table, and thats why its messed up |

from you comment on your latest post I'd assuming these are fixed? if not I wouldn't say wordpress is the problem is what ever you changed.
