Tag cloud & recent posts, help? Options

I had this over in blogger support but no one has replied, so I figured I'd try to post it here since maybe there's more people who can help

Is there any way to add a tag cloud to blogger without having to use their new templates?

I googled it and these are the results I got:

I've been to all these sites:

Zoomcloud - Easiest Link - No HTML required - Doesn't exist anymore
Awesome Flash Animated Tag Cloud - Requires you to use new blogger templates
Awesome Tag Cloud Recommended in Article - Requires you to use new blogger templates
Technorati Tag Cloud - Doesn't work for me, the tag cloud doesn't show up and gives an error message
Zoomtags - Get Paid to Tag Cloud - I don't even know wth this is.

The only one that I can actually use is the first one but it doesn't make relevent tags to my blog
Is there any other way to add a tag cloud to blogger?

Now the code I've been using to display my recent posts isn't working either :( Any fix for that?
