my right arm/hand is cold. it's been cold since last night! you know whenever you sleep on your arm and you wake up and it's tingly and stuff? well mine sorta still feels like that, just not as strong. it feels weak and my hand is really cold. i keep being paranoid that my blood isn't circulating _unsure.gif

does this ever happen to you? _unsure.gif

I get that feeling a lot, but it usually goes away after a while or after I am near something that is extremely hot.

It's probably just a circulation issue, but it can also be a sign of other things, but as long as you're not turning blue or purple, it will probably go away.

My hands are always cold. I don't know why, but they are. I usually just put on my northface and put my hands in the pockets. Get a handwarmer thing lol

don't people who are about to get heart attacks have coldness/numbness on one arm? i doubt you have cardiac problems, but just a thought. it'd have to be accompany by shortness of breath, pain in the chest... etc

yeah this goes beyond my hand just being cold though. it's the fact it's felt "asleepish" all day. its better now than it was when i made the topic so maybe it's wearing off or something.

Yikes. The veins in your right arm aren't getting the proper blood flow.

I had this problem before, and I eventually felt light headed until I asked a 'Doc' (Naval Corpsman), and he broke it down for me.

Shake it out. Jump around. Do things of that nature that make you feel/look like a complete dumbass. Do some BMore club dances and you should be fine, haha.

My right hand is really, really, really REALLY cold right now. Sometimes I wonder how cold it actually is. It's incomprehensibly cold right now, so cold that I can hardly move it. My feet get pretty cold too. I sometimes have to wear two pairs of socks to sleep so I don't get distracted by my very cold feet.
