does anyone know any good "recipes" for flat bread sandwiches. good stuff to put on them and what not?

i just made one with chicken, green olives, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. it was good but it was kinda dry or something. i don't know what kind of sauce or something to put on that.

even if you just have a good kind of sandwich, respond to this. it doesn't necessarily have to be limited to flat bread.

Get a sandwich press/panini maker or something. It'll melt the cheese (and thus make it less dry) and make it nice and compact.

mmmm just thinking of panini, bread brushed with olive oil with mozarella, sundried tomatoes, basil and prosciutto...mmmm...
