Yay, I have Photoshop again!
So now I wanna go back to icon making. Here's my first attempt after almost a year without it:  I'm not sure about the "lady" part, but without it, I thought the dots were too simplistic. |

It kind of just looked like you cropped an image, re-sized it and pasted it on there.
