The image in the banner is way too smushed. And some of the coding seems off, or its my computer.

The coding is off for me as well. The thing I fins most awkward is the fact that the banner image looks really stretched.
Also, I would add something in the content area to tie it in with the banner... or add a cool section in your image that you could position your DIV layer over top of. |

the table is centered with the picture on ie7.. the tables inside though are kinda smushed together.
