Um, Sorry if this is a stupid question or something, but like, if I have a picture, like
 how do I cut out just the people in the picture?? Without the background?

you have to do it in some sort of photo editing program, such as MS Paint, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro...etc...you open up your image there and erase whatever you want out of it (Paint can do this, although you must be careful and i think you should save it as a jpeg, usually they're less grainy than bitmaps). then you gotta upload your newly edited image onto a hosting site (use the big book of resources in webdesign forum if you dont know of any) and then you can use it online
