I recently came across a question and was wondering if anybody could help me figure it out. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but w/e.
A cracker contains starch. Explain why a cracker tastes sweet after it is in your mouth for five minutes without being chewed.

yeah pretty much... the starch breaks down into sugar and yeah, but then it's really soggy and discusting so...
