I recently came across a question and was wondering if anybody could help me figure it out. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but w/e.
A cracker contains starch. Explain why a cracker tastes sweet after it is in your mouth for five minutes without being chewed. ![]() |

yeah pretty much... the starch breaks down into sugar and yeah, but then it's really soggy and discusting so...
