warming stuff up |

really pisses me off
i'm trying to warm up some left over chili in the microwave and it seems like the only thing that gets hot is the bowl, not the actual chili. my bowl is like 500 degrees right now and my chili is hardly warm. wtf |

Whenever I reheat things like chilli and soups and I put a peice of paper toweling over the top. Plus, it keeps it from trying to escape the bowl. I have have some bowls that get really hot and never heat up the food, and then I have some cheap plastic ones that work great.

i hate when that happens. Though i find that warming things up in plastic bowls makes the bowl less hot and warms up easier.

do you cover your bowl?
if you don't, you should. not air-tight, but still covered. |

i hate when you put something in the microwave and then like it looks cooked on the outside and then you bite into it and the insides still cold that pisses me off sooooo much.

omg, when this happens it sucks.
i usually try and heat up soups in a pot on the stove. it works better. |
