I haven't been using PS for a long time so it's time for me to return.
I decided to use photoshop again because i want to create a vintage-looking-photograph image. So, how do i transform a picture to vintage-looking? |

K, first, I think you need to figure out and put into words exactly what type of vintage you'd like. Vintage represents a lot of different styles from ages ago. That's like the whole trying to find a needle in a haystack.

i didn't know there were various vintage-sort-of-thing. i was actually looking for a little old, slightly outdated, and slighted cheap type of vintage but still retains most of it's natural color and slightly off original color. i cant explain it, but I'm talking about certain type of "vintage" that gives an image an older-feeling to it but realistic. i'm not looking for extreme vintage. lol |

You could always try this: Make a layer over your pic, fill it with a dark blue, set the layer to exclusion.
But there are like a billion better tutorial on here or Google for a vintage feel. |

I'm more into this kind of vintage minus the bright shine effect and a semi-strong color contrast/differences however, this image seem to retain its original. I'm also looking for more natural tutorial that resemble the orignal by 70-80%. |
