I can still see picture edges. The pictures are also a bit low quality. The font is pixelated. The texture makes the whole graphic washed out. And there's very little consistency with the pictures and the background. It looks too random.

you put too much stuff over her face.
maybe gets some pictures of her in the same outfits, and same sizes & use a more girly/flowy font, since it IS ashely tisdale.. |

The whole thing looks really dull, pale-ish. You might wanna emphasize Ashley's images more and make her stand out, not blend with the background. And the text could probably be used more creatively.
