I don't think so, because then you would have to make your left side modules bigger, to match the size of the profile pic. Sorry.

i think it depends...if you make your own pic...then you make it w/v size u want! if you got it from elsewhere...u don't have a choice...

yes if you create the pic but if not, you're stuck to it's size and yes, the bigger pictures will make your first module un-even with the others.
