The bigger face looks kinda off for some reason. I'm not sure why, though. They're both cute, but they don't look like uniform smileys. Eh, maybe I'm just nitpicking.
I like the colors that you've used. When you put this in a layout, the layout should probably stay simple. |

It's really cute. The only thing that bugs me is the shadow under the big smiley. It seems a bit out of place.
Other than that, it's really adorable. |
