Are you one of those people who're constantly texting other people on your phone while you're having a face-to-face conversation with a person who is right there?

-_-

I dont do it. But my friends crush does that in front of him when he is tyring to be nice and flirty to her and she just seems to ignore him.
I feel really bad for him. I also think its kinda rude unless theres a good reason to it which isnt that 70% of the time.

No, I try not to do it in front of people, unless it's urgent or if it's related to both my friend and i (i.e. if we're both meeting up with someone else later).

i don't understand why people text message people like they would on AIM. Like back and forth over 100 messages back and forth in under 30 min. I min if you are going to text that much, might as well call them and talk to them you know.

but I don't mind the texting here and there a few times a day you know. but if you textwhore like crazy..then yeah..

I just remembered another thing. Sometimes if i really need to i will, mainly during school though because anywhere you go despite a few places its just a dead zone and to try to contact anyone only texts go through.
Otherwise they can wait and if they need me that badly then they can call or text again.

It depends on who I'm talking to and who I'm texting. If we are actually friends, or I care about what you're saying I don't text. But, if you are just some jack ass talking about shit I don't want to hear then I will continue doing what I'm doing because people that have my number don't annoy the piss out of me like people I don't know.

Yes, I'm guilty of texting while having a real conversation with someone. I constantly do it and now I feel bad.

When I was in middle school, I would text rather than call, because I had unlimited texting and it was easier to text back and forth rather than have them call and be put on hold while I was doing something else.

If someone were to pull out their phone while talking to me, I think I'd stop talking. Y'know, like it was a hint that they didn't want to talk to you anymore. But I don't text while I'm talking to someone else. Sometimes I feel bad for texting in class _unsure.gif

If I cant reach them through MSN or calling, I text. Although I just bug natalie a lot because She never answers her phone if you call her, unless it's at like midnight or 4AM.

No, I hardly do that. I only text people vital info...if I need to chat, I'll call them up.

I don't even have texting.
I prefer talking on the phone--cuts down conversation time.
And improves conversational skills.
