i didn't like the original ("rec"), but apparently my sister and bf liked it, so they're dragging me out to see this one in theatres -_-".

I saw it. It was alright. there are some scary parts and some funny parts. there is an original? o.O I did not know that.

It was OK. I had a good audience with me though. I wasn't the only one laughing at that idiotic girl.

I saw the spoof trailer on The Soup, Quarantweens. I doubt I'll see this movie... it kinda reminds me of the style of film that Cloverfeld was.

And there was one part in the movie where a glass broke or something and this girl in the audience screamed like 3 seconds after it happened, out of the blue. After the movie let out everyone that was in the movie theater was imitating her scream. That's probably the only thing the audience will remember three weeks from now. Nothing about the movie, just that girl's scream

I heard there were a lot of pop of scenes.
 I'm not one for scary movies, let alone movies that are completely dark the whole time...probably won't EVER watch it. Haha

Yeah i heard Quarantine was like a dumbed down, more Hollywood-style version of the original Spanish version Rec. My uncle got me all hyped up about Rec, saying it genuinely scary. So i saw that over the weekend, and i thought it was alright, but i thought it was just kind of the typical "zombie infects others and kills everyone off" type of deal. I haven't seen Quarantine, but i dont think im spending my money on that. Ill wait for dvd. |
