Have you ever had a friend (or maybe they weren't a friend) that was super needy? OR that they were trying too hard to be your friend so you kinda got annoyed by them?

haha. I'll answer, yes.

I haven't had a friend that was needy, but I have had those people who think they are your friend... and that you need to help them and pay attention to them 24/7. It gets really annoying, because you wouldn't care for them even if they weren't "needy".

Kind of. My friend always lied about stuff to make himself seem more interesting. He was annoying, but so dumb and f**ked up in the head that I couldn't not feel bad for him.

Ohh yeah. It was really bad in my sophomore year when he would insist on coming to lunch with us everyday because he had no where else to go. He still hasnt changed. Oh well, we just kinda ignore him

That's actually really sad. I had a girl in middle school come up to me in the lunch line once and ask me very plainly, "Do you have friends?" I was like, "..Yes?" and then when I sat down I laughed about it like it was funny that a girl who didn't have any friends thought I might be nice enough to invite her to sit with me. Unfortunately I wasn't, and since then I've never thought of anyone who wanted my company enough to ask for it as "annoying". I just have a soft spot for lonely people. sad.gif

My friend Oxygen keeps asking to borrow the two electrons in my 6s sublevel. I keep telling him to find Hydrogens instead, but he keeps bugging me...

I have a friend like that, I have been friends with him for years but its getting to the point where I am starting to hate him.

I also know a lot of people who I might of talked to once maybe twice before, but now act like I am their best friend. They start telling me things that maybe they should not tell me...or anyone.

^Eek. Yea, that's bad. Same here, people who I barely know have told me some stuff that was probably better if they had kept it to themselves. D=

Yes. I don't know about needy, but I know people who just suddenly hover around me and a group of friends or just tag-along unasked...its a pain in the ass.

I run into people like that too. I also run into these little freshmans in school that gets attach to you and they want to sit with you on the bus, at lunch, and in class if they had classes with you. I hate freshman like that. I find myself explaining things to them because I say things that's over their head and it gets annoying. Half of them don't know anyone and they get attach to you until they meet someone new (think GOD!).

OMG yeah.
I try really hard to appease them, but if it gets too much I pretend I can't hear them.
